Day two of the Tourch relay in Devon went by without a hitch,

The Devon leg of the Tourch relay run very smooth and was well supported, as it had been in Cornwall on day 1. One of the highlites was a runner who had lost both legs and one arm on duty in Afghanistan, who was told he would never walk again, but who managed to do his leg of the relay extremely well.

Day three begins today in Exeter.

The Olympic Tourch will go through 8,000 hands whilst it goes through an 8,000 mile round trip of the UK British isles on it's way to the London 2012 opening ceremony where it will take centre stage in starting the games.
