The Olympic Tourch blew out on day three

On day three of the Olympic Tourch relay, again in Devon the flame blew out and needed to be reignited. This was done ASAP but it was the first time since the relay began that the flame has gone out. Hopefully this won't happen much more during the rest of the 8,000 mile tour of the UK.
