Jessica Ennis throws lifetime best in the third round of the Javelin -
Olympic Heptathlon
She threw a lifetime best of 47.45 m which has put her in the box seat for a Gold medal.
The Golden girl of British Athletics has one more event, the 800 metres to win Gold.
