Kevin Pieterson has been left out of the World T20 England squad and the one day series against South Africa

After being left out of the Test series against South Africa, which England lost 2-0 to S Africa and subsequently lost their number one world ranking to S Africa, Pieterson now finds himself missing out on the shorter versions of the game.
