Michael Phelps wins his eighteenth olympic medal putting him level on
the most medals ever won by one Athlete
He however won a silver medal in the 200 metre butterfly as South African Chad Le Clos won Gold.
He is now level with a Russian Gymnast from the 50's and 60's.
